All individuals who come into contact with food at all the stages of production and value chains need to apply for these courses. These individuals include but not limited to food business owners, managers and supervisors of different aspects in food business operations, as well as professionals, specialists, new university and college graduates joining the food industry; researchers, public health and food control officials, food inspectors, agro-food organizations and associations and anyone wishing to extend their career in food safety.
